晕，VS2012也有UP3，VS2013也有UP3，天知道你说的是哪个。但是建议你在重新安装的系统上直接安装UP3，这种更新很“脆弱”，往往在使用了很久的计算机上，尤其是更新了一些Hotfix补丁后再更新，就会出现各种错误。
