解决方案
解决方案二：
安装失败的原因很多，如果你是X64的系统，尝试下载.net4.0framework安装好以后再装VS2010

直接装vs2010的话应该装不上
解决方案四：
安装一旦没成功，如果卸载不干净很难再装上。。。可以选择重装系统。。。再次安装时，要排序一些影响。关掉杀毒软件当前登陆用户是不是管理员用户安装时最好右键，以管理员身份运行。。。

还是重装系统，或者搞个虚拟机装上啊。安装系统后，应该是系统中错误，这个VS也真的蛋疼，有时候错误莫名其妙，还是自己备份好。。免得以后麻烦啊。

没说你什么系统啊，多少位的？我用了快3年了，没有发现安装出过问题。
