windows 下ffmpeg 转MP4 没有画面 报 libx264错误

我已经把x264.exe 和 dll 文件加进去了 还是报错

如果你是源代码，你自己重新编译下

或者你可以找新版本，你的版本是3年前的，太旧了。

是不是路径设置的原因，导致没有找到对应的库
