在aix的11.2.0.4打psu之时,可能遇到由于tfa服务未停止导致部分lib未能够随着crs关闭而释放,从而导致升级升级失败,遇到这样的情况auto方式或者人工方式打patch都会失败,需要关闭tfa,并且使用slibclean释放lib对象,然后重新打patch
